James 2, verses 6,7
But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?
Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?
A very apt description of people who look good on the outside but in their hearts, they are full of treachery and hate... They smile at you one moment and the next want to inflict evil upon you.. Thisis why outward apppearances are always deceiving.. It is THE HEART that matters..
Jesus either dwells in your heart and gives you HIS peace or He does not.. There is no in between....
BTW, one cannot blaspheme the name of Christ and be a child of HIS....
