Coronavirus vaccines may not work in some people. It’s because of their underlying conditions.

Certain drugs taken negatively affect immune response, it seems.

That’s why the CDC does not recommend taking Tylenol or anything like that preventively after a shot, but only if and when symptoms arise, like fever, headache, etc.

That’s also part of the reason for perhaps breakthrough infections. A friend told me that a couple in Greece, friends of his, had an antibody test done, after the second dose of Pfizer, and both showed no antibodies at all. They are in their 50s, I believe. Don’t know much else about any drugs or health problems in their case, but it somewhat explains to a degree the problem.
