I was discussing this with my son yesterday.
Told him the have video of the car, with the license showing & felt they would be able to enlarge & identify, yet they hadn't said anything.
My son said they probably stole the car. BINGO!
It was reported stolen in the middle of May, and found underwater yesterday.
I hope they can get some DNA.
Couldn’t tell If he was driving or a passenger in the left side of the SUV.
