“One of the primary considerations you have in a case is: what about next time?” he told us. Fields contends Kaestel had already been given a second chance: He was paroled in New Mexico for kidnapping and robbery years before getting busted in Fort Smith.”

Sure it is. You're just a simple minded woman who doesn't understand that there is often more to a story than a propagandist article describes. If you dig a little deeper, you find that Kaestel was a repeat offender who had been committing burglaries, kidnappings, car thefts and other crimes for YEARS. To this day, he doesn't win parole because he continues to be disrespectful to the parole committee. They view him as a threat to society if he is released. I'd say that they're right.

But I do know why he's pulling at your heartstrings. Kaestel is a school dropout, addict and all-around loser. You two were made for one another.

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
