zzshart > Natural gas is NOT the oil tar sands of Canadian origin.

The Canadian pipeline is poison running through pristine native lands, and the natives DON’T WANT THAT POISONOUS SHIT GOING THROUGH THEIR LANDS.

Besides, wtf does the US have to tell the Germans how to do their business?

>>>

ZZ does not, and never will, 'get it'.

Oil is not 'poison'. It is the lubricant which also
powers the American economy.

Do you like having groceries in the stores ZZ? Then
oil is a necessity for making the diesel fuel which
carries the food stocks into the cities to stock the
shelves in the stores.

Do you like driving a car? Affordably? Have you any
idea where gasoline comes from?

Do like air conditioning in the summer, heating in the
winter, and electric lights and refrigerators?

I liked those tax revenues the pipe-line workers
used to pay into the treasuries . . . I liked the
efficiencies that pipeline would have granted to the
American economy - efficiencies which should have
translated into lower costs for Americans.
(And anybody else who lives in North America.)

And then Russia is one of the two biggest war
mongers on this planet . . . helping Russia
improve its economic positions is NOT in the
rest of the worlds best interests.

... pipelines safely transport oil, natural gas, fuels, etc. thousands and thousands of miles every day all over the world. They simply have to be properly operated and maintained.

The issue is Biden's America-last double-standard. He kills the Keystone XL pipeline, which means American jobs, profitable commerce, and increased energy independence for the U.S. go down the drain. But, he meekly walks away from ongoing measures to hinder Russia's ability to make Europe greatly dependent on natural gas flow from Russia, which will put Europe (and NATO) under Putin's thumb.

So, your boy Joe doesn't give a shit about the economic well-being of Americans, but he willingly bends over to hand Putin powerful leverage over Europe and a huge economic windfall without even putting up a fight. Trump was Putin's worst nightmare, but Geriatric Joe is Putin's butt-boy. Hmmm ... wonder if Putin gave "The Big Guy" his normal 10% cut, eh?

You get it, now, dipshit?
