Same kind of stupidity that makes people think it's a good idea to tie all of your house security, lighting, environmental controls, etc. to the Internet. That way, all you have to do is push a few buttons and voilĂ ... everything is just hunky-dory ... until the Internet goes down or there's some other kind of electronic snafu.
Personally, I prefer a more hands-on approach to securing my homestead ...
