Seems that I was feeling halfway back to normal and so I bent at the waist to pet my dog and afterward, tie my Skechers Max Cushion shoes my wife took me to get a couple weeks ago to help with cusioning the shock when I try to walk from my right foot on hard surfaces.
(I have not much control over that foot due to the DVT blood clot) so when I walk, most times the foot is numb and swelled from water. A bad combination...
Anyway, I figured out why my low back where the surgery was performed is hurting pretty much again. Doc said no bending at the waist for six months. I think he was right... Imagine that.. Duh... Thank goodness I have pain pills left because this really hurts.
I am so looking forward to being able to use my foot and tie my shoes normally again... Grrrrrrrrrr....
Its a gorgeous day here and plenty of sunshine. But I can't do anything... I need to get my lawn tractor on the hi lift jack and get it up in the air 26 inches so I can then remove the blades and sharpen them and clean the underside of the mower deck... That Jack was the best hing I ever bought for working on my mower... Now I do ot have to crawl on my belly or lay on my back to work on it.. I just can't do any of these things right now and have to get help for pretty much everything my wife needs done outside like planting somne shrubs and flowers, muulching the beds, and re- doing the beds that surround my patio behind my house...
I guess it's time to see about paying grandkids to get some things done... They need the money anyway so they can earn a little of it...
Ribs, you been here before? I hate it but can't change it.. drives me crazy...
