I saw the states that lost at least ONE representative from them as a result of the census this morning. And those states who picked up the ones theothers lost...

What I was surprised at is why Ohio had a big enough exodus to lose a congressional seat. Its not a Blue state. It is basically a little more than half RED with mostly Red Officals in office, except for a RINO guvnor...
