Conceal carry is fine, because it requires background check, safety class, fingerprinting, picture ID.
NY is pushing unacceptable limits. Very stupid.
OTOH, Montana, Arizona do stupid shit with “Constitutionsl carry”, anyone with a gun takes it with him in bars, etc. Florida doesn’t even allow you to sit at a bar even though you have conceal carry. Montana and Arizona are now dangerous states to hang out.
I hope we can come to reasonable laws on guns, because they exist. There is absolutely no reason for making a free for all with guns. If you need an ID to vote, you can take a trip with your friend for his or her background check before you transfer a gun to them PERIOD.
