The very fact that the same amount of daylight is going to occur whether we are Standard time or daylight savings time speaks volumes to the lack of thought by the do gooders who love to screw up everyones BIO rhythms and sleep..

I think your governor might actually be a tad worse than Ohio's, but not by much....

Gov. Brian Kemp has signed a bill for Georgia to switch to daylight saving time permanently.

Cherokee County Rep. Wes Cantrell-R, who sponsored the bill, said the move could make for fewer car accidents and curb crime.

“Criminals like the cloak of darkness, so they have one less hour in the evening to commit their crimes,” Cantrell said.

...that is the dumbest reason ever for going to daylight savings time permanently. I wonder if that dumbass even knows that we are gonna get the same amount of daylight and darkness whether we are on daylight savings time or not. He don't even suspect that criminals don't work by a clock.
