I believe that al the black on violence is being encouraged by democrats, just like it always was in decades gone by.
The ones who are caught in the middle like the ignorant lady you showed are usually the victims. UNfirtunately BLM and Antifa has emboldened some thugs to start singling innocent white people and tell the perps it is just revenge for years of systemic racism. The thugs did not need any encouragement to be a thug and seek out those who cannot fight back or shoot their sorry asses.
But the erosion of black communities and increase in murders and shooting of black on black has been helped along by DEMS for a very long time.
They are simply told by radicals like Sharpton and Jackson that WHITEY is theone to blame and all whites are racist even though MOST have never had any interactions with them.....
