Okay, so you do not need to paint the wall you are going to lay tile on because you will cover up the wall with tile mortar to apply the tiles to. After they set overnight then ya comes back and puts grout in between all the edge spaces. So it becomes a moot point.
BUT, seems like part of thatglass tile was CLEAR also which is why you don't want to use that tile. Ya can see thru it.. You got me to thinking..
Yep, non translucent tile like a ceramic which is far less expensive than glass but you will not see thru it would be a better option.. Glazed..... Thanks Zim!
