Put your hands on the steering wheel, and let’s get to the bottom of why we stopped you, and what needs to be done. Let’s see your license and registration/insurance. They can get through all that without anyone getting out of anywhere. They are just fkng stupid.
Every time I have been stopped in the past, in NY, the first question was “do you know why I stopped you”, or “license and registration please.” How difficult is it for these flyover monkeys to do that?
