If there is, someone point it out. But, I don’t think the pistol brace is the issue on “gun massacres,” either. Just like silencers, you have to go through the same process. Deal with it. There is no right to silencers in the Constitution, either. Be happy you CAN HAVE ONE.

The issue is crazies, terrorists, and individuals in “emotional distress.” Red Flag laws. Glad he’s going to offer guidelines on those so that ALL STATES can take a look. Florida’s are pretty good. There is no such thing as “no one needs a 100rd magazine,” Joe. What if they just WANT IT? I do understand that the issue of “need” is bs, because no one needs a big house, a sports car, a truck, a whole set of different kitchen knives, salad and dinner forks, and a whole fing list of shit THEY WANT! What about those who just want? We are not talking bazzookas, tanks, rpgs, etc. You don’t ban 18 wheelers because they can plow more people than a car. I just don’t want such a magazine, personally. The 30 rounder is enough for having fun at the range, and I don’t think you should even think about touching that one because it is stupid and it will indicate you are listening to morons. And leave the AR-15 ALONE. Because we want them. 9mm pistols can have magazines with 24 or so bullets, and in the right hands can kill just as many innocents as the AR-15. They can be concealed easily, and the magazines are small and thin. You can have a whole bunch with you to assault innocents with. Think about that, JOE! Or learn about it. Youtube is full of “instructional material.”
Yet, no one should be able to circumvent existing law with those gun parts without serial numbers that get sold to undesirables who are up to no good. And here, you may want to make your own weapon, but by the same token you can’t make your own motorcycle and ride it on city streets without going through the process every legitimate manufacturer goes for safety etc.
In a few words, we just need to use our brains to combat many gun deaths and massacres, despite the fact we can’t stop them all.
America is in a thinking and doing paralysis. There are reasonable ways to address all this and come up with a way to have a comprehensive yet Constitutional set of laws that govern guns. We can’t have such partisanship. We will be destroyed in the end. The last 12 years have been terrible. On all levels. We used to have a middle with sane representatives. Now?
