Completely agree.

The US has underinvested in infrastructure for too long. It's really quite far behind where it might be in many areas. Roads, trains, airports, bridges etc.

One of the big problems is that the US system, including its Constitution, makes change hard.

Joe will propose an infrastructure bill, this will help Americans & America.

Joe Manchin wants at least some republicans to get on board. 'Bipartisan' needs to be American voters, NOT the politicians...
Republicans are a party of No, they didn't even offer a platform in the 2020 election.
They don't offer anything, that's why they are doing everything in their power to make it more difficult to vote.
