He knelt on him for over 9 minutes, without showing ANY emotion, that's depraved indifference.

Floyd wasn't aggressive, he was respectful when asking for MERCY, handcuffed, three other officers on the ready.

No ONE was in danger by Floyd, he was accused of passing a phony 20.00 bill!
The taxpayers paid the family $27 Million dollars for this killing...

What was in Chauvin's head? Sadistic SOB.
he has a history.

Seems to me there's no doubt about the visible facts of the case. He's going to be found guilty of manslaughter at a minimum.

The things to discuss are three:

Did Chauvin have a record of bad motives or physical aggression?

Was he following police procedures?

Was the victim any sort of threat?

I hope the jury is fair. Being a police person is a difficult job and it demands understanding. But some sorts of force are over the line, and killing someone you have captured and cuffed is over it. So do you see manslaughter here or murder? Depends on what was inside his head?
