No matter what, if the choke on his neck contributed to his death

HE’S FKING GUILTY OF AT LEAST THIRD DEGREE MURDER!

And that‘s the law in Minnesota.

BESIDES, THE COPS KNEW NOTHING ABOUT HIS HISTORY AT THE TIME, NOR SHOULD IT MATTER.

FK DIRTY, KILLER COPS.

Prosecutor Blackwell gave the opening statement.

He told the jurors this case was about the death of Mr. Floyd.
He explained the 'police' are NOT on trail, Derek Chauvin is. His behavior does not represent policing in general.

He played the video & we got to hear several bystanders telling Chauvin to get off of him, many times.

He gave an overview of the witnesses he will call on.

I thought he did a solid job & I like him a lot more than the one that interviewed the potential jurors.

Eric Nelson, Chauvin's attorney also did a solid job.
He noted the difference in size of George vs Chauvin, that George had a drug history.
Let's face it Nelson has a hell of a hill to climb.

The first witness, the 911 operator testified what she saw the officers doing was different. She thought the camera was frozen, since they didn't move for some time. She called the sergeant, saying you could call her a snitch, but there was something wrong.
