I won’t meet, invite, nor go to anyone’s house who is not vaxxed.

Simple as that. They have a choice and I have mine. Mine is better. I foresee their freedoms curtailed pretty soon as more people get vaxxed and don’t want to sit next to someone who isn’t, on a plane, bus, train, or anywhere. WTF would I sit next and talk to anyone at a bar whom I don’t know what his or her status is? I may be protected but I don’t even want to get infected with this shit.

My rights or theirs?

F them!

Yes, the rate of infection for those 65 and older has dropped like a rock, but now it's 30 and 40-year olds who are making up the bulk of those testing positive and who are being admitted to hospitals. Granted, now that states are opening up vaccinations for anyone 16 or older, this will eventually have the same impact on these younger age groups as we've seen with the over 65 crowd, but it's going to take time and lets hope we can stay ahead of the curve. They vaccinated another 3.5 million people yesterday, and at the rate that they're going, we're going to hit Biden's new goal of 200 million vaccines in arms well before his first 100 days are up.

That being said, there's still the children 16 and under and all of the anti-vaxer's out there that's going to start impacting the final number of people vaccinated before the end of summer. Pfizer is implying that they will be submitting a request for emergency approval for vaccinating 12 to 16 years old with the next month or so, and under 12 year olds by the start of the school year in the fall.

We can only hope.
