It's hard to imagine the skills, just mechanically, to create the original device. Few of us, even with modern hand tools, could have the patience, accuracy they needed.. Still so many questions, was it a religious effort, pure science, or something else? And where did it originate, I forget now, where they believe the ship was traveling, but what else was aboard, maybe still buried in the silt, or maybe recovered? Are there bits and pieces in museum warehouses, long forgotten, or hidden away on purpose for some long lost reason..

A wealth of ancient knowledge may still be discovered one day..
