And very poor infrastructure.
And very expensive healthcare.
Covid was bad nearly everywhere, so I don't have that on my list. Trump did a poor job, but even so, most of the US' large number of deaths is explained by the fact it is a big country. And under Biden it's doing a good job on vaccinations. US covid performance was particularly poor only if you compare it with how much the country spends on healthcare.
It's also known for some good things as well.
Strong military.
Enthusiasm.
Road trips.
Cupholders.
Giant meals.
