It is believable when you understand that a "Mass Shooting" is defined by the government as 4 or more victims shot at one or more locations close to one another.

think drive-by shooting in an inner-city.

Andy Ngo is a conservative journalist who frequently goes head-to-head with Antifa when he covers their riots. A lot of the footage of Antifa riots in Oregon and Washington is shot by Ngo. As for his sources, other than him personally pulling photos from arrest records, I don't know what to tell you. I suppose you could try to replicate his research and see how it compares.
