...looks like he got one of them Texas Brain Eating Spiders on his head. They get in thru ya ears, eat all ya brains and then sneak out thru a hole they make in the top of ya head where they release all their eggs into the air so they can go look for another brain to infest. They is terribly deadly and only seem to effect minorities and people of color.
