Getting the impression France counts deaths differently to Italy and the UK

It would be a bit surprising if French doctors cure people with COVID much more effectively than the UK and Italy.

The UK counts everyone who died within 28 days of having COVID. We have much the same death rate as the Italians.

I wonder what France does to reduce its disclosed deaths by about 30%. More French people than Italians and British people have had the disease. What's their trick?
