Okay, but for me, a drunk guy trying his luck with a woman and not getting anywhere isn't really news, whether he's a democrat or a republican. Yes, he sounds like a bit of an arsehole, at least when he's drunk. A lot of people are. Nevertheless, we have to make things work with people as they are, so long as they haven't done a really bad thing or have a pattern of bad behaviour.
I hope US politics returns to being mostly about policy differences. Because a muckraking contest isn't worth anyone's time. Daily outrage is not my bag. Politicians aren't saints. [Not a fan of saintly politicians, myself]
