Gillibrand is the one who went after Franken, isn't she?

Not sure she is the best judge of when condemnation ought to occur.

This is NY state politics for me, so I am not following it as closely as you. From headlines I think the story has got a wee bit worse from it's "asking for a snog" phase. But it's absolutely fair to wait for the evidence rather than kowtow to the metoo brigade again. The Dems need to find a way not to bandwagon issues unless the pattern is obvious [eg with Trump]. Remember Tara Reid?

We have just had a pair of aristocrats making allegations about the royal family. On examination, their stories fell apart. Fake victim claimants are out there in numbers as news stories keep demonstrating. Mobs form instantaneously on twitter but the people forming them are often fans/enemies rather than thoughtful commentators. So I'd be like you saying let the story run its course before making what seems an expedient decision. Does the victim have an ulterior motive? They often do. So that's a good place to begin.

No way a woman gets that close to a man, that he can go under her blouse, unless she wants him to.

She refused to file a complaint.

No more Al Franken's. Wait till the investigation is complete.
