Yes. Those are the sorts of effects I hope will happen. One of the keys to a happy society, in my view, is to make it easy to retrain to do new jobs.

Personally, I believe most people wish to work and don't see it as a thing to avoid. So giving people a little support helps them find the opportunities they wish to pursue.

But there are some people out there who don't want to work. And some critics focus on them. I just think it's a small number. But it's hard to say with any certainty.

I think it will help pay for childcare so parents can go to work & or school to learn a new trade.
