I don't follow him closely enough to know.

But generally-speaking, I agree... There are bullies. And there are lazy people. Sometimes a committed manager pushes a lazy person to work harder rather than fire them. Is that bullying? Or kindness?

It's really impossible to know what is happening as an outsider.

For the record, I wasn't a fan of Cuomo, until he did the daily Covid pressers.

I have voted for him in every election, he represents most of the policies I agree with. But, I believe he can be a bully.
Yet, there is a fine line in being assertive or a bully, that too can be in the eye of the beholder, or the berated.

IMO, Al Franken was pushed out, unfairly.
He was a terrific senator, his questioning of Jeff Sessions forced him to recuse himself.
