On the basis of what I have seen so far [and admittedly I haven't followed closely], I agree.

Anyone can claim anything in this #metoo era.

A manager trying to get a lazy employee to work hard is a bully.

A person who falls in unrequited love is a sexual harasser.

The lawyers are in everyone's bedroom.

We are all walking on tightropes, unaware we are breaching someone else's safe space.

I have always been for broader highways of conversation. The nice thing about that is that when people go off road, then it's very clear that they have done.

Did Cuomo put his hand down several women's knickers in Trump fashion? If he did, then he is a bad actor. If he asked for a snog, so what. He's on the broad highway. Stuff like that happens in life. Thinks aren't always neat and tidy and black and white. Sometimes one person thinks they are being invited when the other person thinks they are going home alone. A question and an answer sorts it out. Attorneys are not required.

The WaPo has this in-depth article on Cuomo.
Here's a snippet & my response.

A former press aide of Andrew M. Cuomo says he summoned her to his dimly lit hotel room and embraced her after a work event in 2000, when Cuomo led the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and she was a consultant for the agency. The woman, Karen Hinton, says she pulled away from Cuomo, but he pulled her back toward his body, holding her before she backed away and left the room.

OMG, "2000" give me a break...

As for Ms. Bennett WHY did SHE talk to him about being a sexual assault survivor?
IMO, she opened the door to discussions about intimacy.

And... since when is ASKING for a 'kiss' sexual harassment?

Come on women, let's get real, if you want to be treated as an equal, tell the 'man' knock it off, if you're offended & walk away.
