Do not believe that is the automatic process, micro. The 25th Amendment stipulates the new POTUS will nominate a new Vice President, who will take office if and when their nomination is approved by a majority of both houses of Congress. Doesn't mean Piglosi couldn't become Kamala's VP, but I kinda doubt that would be her choice. Whoever Kamala's choice would be, you could rest assured of one thing - that person will be a worthless, virulent anti-American - just like her.
