and is now complaining it isn't getting the same level of supply as the UK.
They haven't even approved the vaccine yet.
They sure do whine loudly. Why not make decisions faster so this doesn't happen again? No one in the UK wishes Europe ill [literally] but dilly dallying has consequences. The UK took the risk early of making an expensive order for a vaccine that wasn't yet proven. It gets the advantage because the vaccine works. The UK paid more for its doses because it recognised that investing in a swifter recovery makes obvious sense.
This is why European bureaucracy sucks.
