We definitely cannot exclude peoples opinion from public life, social media, etc.....
So, if someone says Trump won, and there was fraud that did it, fine, believe what you want.
BUT, if you insinuate violence of any kind because of it, you GOT A PROBLEM!
Additionally, when networks push Opinion/LIES, making money from such libelous behavior, then that is also a problem, and YOU can be sued for it, as it happened with Dominion that threatened to sue them and they SHUT UP AND TOOK IT ALL BACK, PRONTO. They knew what they were doing feeding shit to their sheep.
If you incite violence, you are liable.
If you lie and your business is based on what you say, you are liable. Opinions are like assholes, everyone’s got one, but inciting violence and making money off lies and/or inciting violence is a PROBLEM, and you are liable.
No need to fk with rule 230.
