Wouldn't even last that long, yer majesty. By my calculation ... if spread evenly ... that is $20,000 for every person in the group of 200 million. Most of those people would have that spent in two to three months, IMHO. Some might spend it wisely to reduce their debt, but in the end, the basic psychology of it would be "easy come, easy go."

...if ya took the 4 trillion away from the 655 people and gave it to the 200 million, the 200 million would be in financial straits again in six months.
