It was also reported that Trump is considering pardoning everyone who was arrested or will be arrested in the future, as a result of yesterday's events. He been asking if he has the right to issue blanket pardons on a group or does he have to name each individual?

It would be safer to resign and have Pence pardon him, but that ship may have sailed. If he tries to pardon himself, and then after he leaves office that's challenged in court and he loses, he's open to the full weight of the federal justice system.
