A former pharmacist in Grafton, Wisconsin, was arrested and accused of destroying vials containing about 570 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine on purpose, Grafton police said Thursday. The former employee of Advocate Aurora Health Hospital, who left the vials out of refrigeration overnight, was charged with recklessly endangering safety, adulterating a prescription drug and criminal damage to property, all felonies.
