I think they'll follow McConnell on this. No point in theatrics when we know the eventual outcome. The Trumo show is nearly over. The one in which he controls important levers, that is.

Senator Mitch McConnell is said to have pleaded with senators not to back a plan to object when Congress meets to ratify the election on Jan. 6.
Tuesday, December 15, 2020 2:31 PM EST

A small group of House members plan to use a constitutional process to object to the inclusion of five key battleground states on Jan. 6.

There is almost no chance they would succeed, but if they could convince at least one senator to join them, they could turn the counting session into a chaotic last stand for President Trump.
