I have never cooked with a raw fennel bulb with stalks and foliage. What a great taste..
Got grub for a week LOL. The whole big fry pan full...... Fish, clams and 2 skinless chicken breast I cooked this morning.... 1 quart of fish stock, 1 onion, 1 red bell pepper, celery, and the fennel. I purrad them all in the processor to make the thick broth with some cream.. New to me. Taste pretty good........
