Haven't been following this so much.

Who are they?

I am sure they will be competent. Do they have interesting ideas?

For myself, I am looking for something new, as you know. A bit more humility. Less of the pulpit, more of the recognition that something bad just happened in America. With that, maybe a little sensitivity to the issues each country faces.

From my perspective, begin with Brexit. A decision was made democratically. I understand that many Americans think the integration process that was happening in Europe was in the US interest. But the British people didn't want that. So be flexible: accommodate that choice. It was about sovereignty more than anything. That is our interest: to control our own destiny. Just like Americans like to control their own.

I am already concerned. But will give Biden a chance to show that he understands that reality has moved on.
