"The fact that his candidate didn’t win doesn’t rise to the level of harm."

Indeed, the opposite. The fact that an incumbent can be kicked out after their term is complete (or they are removed by a lawful process) is the greatest benefit of democracy.

The peaceful and trustworthy transition of power is the hallmark of a successful country.

The changes required are structural as much as they are social.

Federal judge dismisses Trump campaign lawsuit seeking to halt Georgia election certification

By FOX 5 Atlanta Digital Team

ATLANTA - A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump and his lawyers seeking a temporary restraining order to halt certification of Georgia's election.

"It is well established that garden-variety election disputes do not rise to the level of a constitutional deprivation," Judge Steven D. Grimberg ruled. "The fact that his candidate didn’t win doesn’t rise to the level of harm."

Judge Grimberg was appointed by the president in 2019.
