Guy has no clue about how organizations work. He’s a small businessman who had the last word on everything and did not delegate responsibilities. His supporters, most of them with no college education who have never worked for big companies, do not understand how corporations have cultures and bureaucracies, how they go about their days and do business. If they knew and/or understood that, they’d never think this guy was what America needed. He is the OPPOSITE. Incompetent to the gills. His way or the highway. He knows best, with his ...gut. Kaka like that would get him fired in DAYS in any big company. Gone, poof.
Unfortunately, that crowd can’t get it, even if they are explained to. They do not have the education nor the experience to grasp it. They live that way, and it is all they know. They never learned to EXAMINE a situation. They only REACT.
That’s not how it works. People who live and think like the Great Lebowski chumps, don’t even care about it, to even consider it. Their navel gazing is more important to them. All else is sauce.
That is his base. We need to help them UNDERSTAND, SOMEHOW.
