1. Trump's attorneys withdrew almost the entirety of their case in Pennsylvania, leaving nothing to argue.
2. Trump's attorneys stepped aside and were replaced.
3. Trump's new attorney requested a delay in the court hearing, saying he planned to rewrite the complaint.
4. The new attorney is also a radio host, who said this on November 7th: "there really are no bombshells that are about to drop that will derail a Biden presidency including these lawsuits" and "the litigation will not work".
5. Judge refused the delay and said he expected the new attorney to appear in court tomorrow prepared and ready to argue.
It appears the judge finds the Trump team's efforts ridiculous and will dismiss their case, deciding his courtroom is not going to be turned into a theatre of the absurd.
