These mRNA vaccines are they really safe in the LONG term?

As I understand it they come in contact with our DNA and instruct it to react to certain things.

I am not an immunologist, or expert, but in messing with the DNA how do we know what else happens that shows up months or years later?

The answer is we don’t. And who can say for sure this can’t happen? Not saying it will, but I would like to understand it better. Will it stop me from getting the vaccine? No. At this point living life as we knew it is far more important. But the question is not going away. Perhaps the live virus vaccines may be “safer” in the long term, but they may not be as effective either. We’ll just have to wait fir the results from those too.......
