Im a little confused by the title.

32 states introduce legislation to stop switching the clocks, 13 states pass it. The arbitrary time changes were created to help big business, not farmers, The Old Farmerâ€™s Almanac says.

THIS IS UNDERSTAND LOL, and hope they stop this madness.........
