Yes, and Alito also suggested that various state governors, who have imposed science-based efforts [he actually used those words] to stop the pandemic, are breaking the Constitutional because the restrictions are violating American's freedom of religious expression because churches are being asked to comply with the same restrictions as businesses are.

Alito is a mental midget.

No one is talking about marriages in a church, and there are millions who aren’t Christian in America. When he talks about all that he ignores everyone but the Jesus crowd. He should pay attention to the Constitution and STFU. He and Thomas are two accidents that are dragging on for too long.

Either pack the court or set time limits on judges. We need CHANGE!
