I am a happy camper tonight!
Over the past year I have steadily lost excess weight and have dropped over 35 pounds to date. Still have another 15 to target goal but I am simply changing my eatung habits and sticking with that.. Nothing dramatic.. This will get me back to my football playing weight in high school.. Trim enough... Still retain strength... Miz micro married a U.S. stud!!! lol!!!
Anyway, my hand and fingers have shrunk in size also and my wedding band(third one, cheapie) finally flew off somewhere about three weeks ago and I have no idea where it went...
I just realized one day when I woke up in morning that I did not have it... I never take my ring off except tgo wash my hands.. Other than that, never...
I wanted a significantly better ring , closer to the 18K white gold band miz micro shackled me with at our wedding.. It was very nice. Its in my backyard somewhere.. Have not found it yet with an army of metal detectors... Hope the moles like it...
I ordered a nice 14 k whie comfort fit high polished 7mm band a couple weeks ago. Got it at a great price from a Jeweler who actually makes their own rings....
This one has some weight to it AND it is the correct size for my current finger.
I should have it here on Wednesday afternoon!!! I feel so NAKED without my wedding band. So I will be delighted to put it on when I get back from Cleveland.
I am leaving around 9:30 a.m. tomorrow morning . have important meeting at 1: 30 p.m. and more on Wednesday morning... So I am away from miz micro again.. That's the part I don't like.. I love the challenges and travel and meeting new people. I especially like teaching them things it took me over 35 years to get down pat. It saves them headaches in their operations...
Actually I have been invited to speak to an entire plant out in Western Indiana after January to all their employees. Their management wants me to come and presnt to them my program of becoming a productive and valuable Team player. I sometimes title this message to the employees as "How to make yourself valuable to the company and increase your worth."
I also have management skills lessons I do for management at plants as well as teach on Powder Coating basics to advanced as well as on Pretreatments that are required for great outcomes.. There are no shortcuts...
Anyway, I can't wait to get my wedding band back on my left ring finger. I feel naked and lost without it....
I am pretty sure miz micro likely threw hers away on purpose.. Don't blame her... lol!!!!!
Going to my baby daughters for birthday celebration tonight. She turns 43 today. She is daddy's girl...
Smart, bright, and best of all she still seeks her dad for advice and counsel... Plus my grandkids still tell me tghey love me, even my linebacker senior who is all league this year.
