...well just to make sure the election is all on the up and up in fulton and dekalb county ga they have one democrat and one rino reviewing each ballot.

"The representation" means "the collected Representatives" of each state. In other words, all the Representatives from Georgia decide how to cast a single vote (probably by voting amongst themselves) and Georgia then announces how it votes. Each of the 50 states gets a vote. The first nominee to get 26 votes becomes President.

This doesn't happen real often. John Quincy Adams was the last one. As a matter of fact, he was the ONLY one.

In 1824, there were 24 states in the Union. The House picked John Quincy Adams with 13 votes. Andrew Jackson got 7 votes. William Crawford got 4. That adds up to 24 votes - one for each state. NOT one for each Representative.
