We have lots of them and when the salmon run. Our trees are full of them dining on salmon. They spawn right out front of our front yard. River is just boiling with them splashing around. You can walk out and just pick them up. Not very good eating at this stage of their lives..

I've seen bald eagles in my area fairly often.
At Back Bay visitor center - through the binoculars
across the bay in tall trees.

Norfolk Botanical Gardens had a nesting pair active
for several years . . . Right next to an airport.
One got killed colliding with a jet.

I saw an immature one at Mt. Trashmore park . . .

But there is a lot of water in my area.
