Bush vs Gore

The US Supreme Court ruled three times in the Election fiasco:

Regarding the inability of any authority to change the rules of a Federal election after the process started (in Floriduh's case, changing the counting and reporting rules in an Electoral College election), it was 9-0.

Regarding the failure to provide equal protection of the voters and their ballots, it was 7-2.

Regarding the complete lack of a Constitutional "remedy" for the Sore Loserman campaign, it was 5-4.

If it comes down to litigating the rules that are already in place, then it will depend on the judge in the lower court. If it is a Clinton or Soetoro nominated judge, then the decision will more than likely be made based on political expediency in favor of the Democrat Party. If it is a Bush or Trump nominated judge, then the decision will probably be made based on the rules. However, undoubtedly, they will all end up being expedited to the U.S. Supreme Court where the majority will most likely rule based on a literal reading of the rules.
