May I share the BEARCATS of the University of Cincinnati, my alma mater, STOMPING of Memphis yesterday in a dynamic show of great defense and excellent offense.. Mamphis has been an achilels heel for them the past few seasons butthe quality of this particular team came shining through.. They are really fun to watch ..
and then there is the Ohio State Buckeyes.. I can see a future contest between them and Alabama or Clemson or both.
This team, even though we do not have CHASE YOUNG, all WORLD defensive end any longer, they have a core of receivers that competes well against Clemson and Alabama's, a strong offensive line and some pretty good defense as well.
Someone has to be the spoleperson for the Big Ten that everyone loves to bash so it may as well be me..
Granted that MOST of the teams in this conference are panzies this year, Indiana looks like they have made some significant improvements and Wisconsin is yet untested but on paper and roster appears to be a typical very strong Wisconsin team. Penn State and Michigan are toast.. The surprise team is Indiana..
Now then, about them Dawgs. We shall get a look next week of whether they are going to BITE or just whimper and whine after playing The Gators of Florida.. I am pulling for the Dawgs but I HATE their quarterbac. What is up with them ot being able to get a star quarterback?

It was a good weekend for college futzball here in Ohio . I hope the rest of y'all had yer favorite team to win as well.
Sir Wizard should be ecstatic after beating the Cowboys of Okie State.. A moral victory to help right the ship..
They won against a good team... Hopefully that jump starts them Longhorns..
CANNOT WAIT for the Notre Dame matchup next week against a good team without its starting QB in Clemson..
Let's see how good this team really is after playing NOBODY all the previous games.. I suspect Clemson will kill them andput an end to all the wishful thinking of teh Notre Dame media schills... I am sick of them personally.
