there is a difference from being overweight and blaming it on something else. That's human nature. Nonetheless, ALL of us were not intended to have 33 inch waistlines. If an in shape athlete who plays one of the pre sports is that small he will get killed on the field..
I disagree largely with the AMA on what is considered overweight anyway as I can tell most of these numbskulls have never played sports at any kind of higher level and physical ones at that so they magically make up these charts that is supposed to be one size fits all...
That formula simply soes not weork in this topic or many other industrial ones I could go into as well. I am sure same applies in areas of cyber security also no?
Lets just say that at my normal weight I am not fat by any stretch of the imagination. I am fit and in good condition there with some ab ripple.. Yep. Still.
I am feelinggood having dropped over 33 pouunds already. Now my abdominal region is less protruding and someof the muscles are beginning to show themselves after hibernation! lol!!
