Micro, I was just being facetious.

I know about Mrs. Micro, but I was just making a joke about being a few lbs overweight, depriving yourself and asking the (humorous, I thought) question of "are you going to start dating - is that why you're trying to lose weight?"

Hon, this is a lot of information for me BEFORE I have had my second cawfee.

You had mentioned your age once before. I didn't think it was my place to repeat it.

Chill, micro! Speaking of chill, I've had the heat on for hours as it is freezing here, along with a very strong wind.

Later, my dear!

R U KIDDING ME?YOU TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT SO YOU CAN START DATING AGAIN?

No ma'am. I am very happily married and lifetime committed to my precious wife. No dating for me ever. Too old.

Don't know what you mean by I told you how old I am. I am younger than Ribit but not by a whole lot.. Other than my arthritic spine I feel great and still think in my mind I can do anything I want to. My lower back is what prevents me from doing a lot of physical things..

Like you, I love sweets and especially the kinds I listed. Nothing wrong with enjoying an occasional candy bar or indulging in super rich, moist, heavy strawberry dream cake that melts in your mouth. I get that a couple times a year..

BUT I need to lose weight and want to. About 20 pounds would be about right for my build. I would actually be normal. Doc told me 30 years ago that I would be at that weight when I had mny tonsils removed as an adult in their thirties. I was sicker than a dog for a month and could not get rid of the infection and he said only way I was going to get well was to remove the infected tonsils and be prepared to add to about 20 pounds..

He was right.. But that is still less than my football playing days and basketball and baseball and track and mens class A softball for 25 years.. I have a large skeletal frame and broad shoulders and thick chest.

So 200 pounds is nothing for me and I am actually almost slender...
